We provide consulting and design services to the offshore oil and gas industry. We have extensive expertise in the design of mobile offshore units such as liftboats and jackup vessels. Offshore Mechanics owns several proprietary designs of some of the largest and most capable liftboats in the industry.

History
The company was established in Houston, Texas, in 2007 to service the growing demand for engineering services in the offshore industry. The company's calls on resources with several decades of engineering experience in the industry.

Management
Offshore Mechanics, is owned and managed by Bader Diab, PhD P.E, who has 35 years of experience in the offshore industry. Bader obtained his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, University of London and a PhD in Structural Mechanics from King's College, University of London. He has previously worked in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and the USA in several roles ranging from technology development and advanced analysis to design and project management. He has set up and managed several engineering groups. Before starting Offshore Mechanics, Bader headed the engineering and design teams at Noble Denton in Houston and is currently part of tyhe executive suite of the ABL Group. Bader is a Professional Engineer registered in the states of Texas and Alaska.
