Turnkey Liftboat Design

We offer a turnkey basic design service starting with the client's performance specifications and ending with class-approved vessel drawings, design reports and operating manual.  The client can also choose one of our existing liftboat designs of both tubular and lattice leg construction.  Our designs are considered among the most capable in the industry in terms of payload, deck space, accommodation and water depth.  The designs are based on the latest hardware and software technology and applicable rules.  As an independent designer, we are not associated with any equipment vendors and will assist the owners in selecting the most economic solution for his needs.  We are considered among the most experienced and flexible liftboat designer in the industry.  A typical design process package includes the following:




design of hull form.
general arrangement drawings.
design of minimum scantlings.
design of legs and spudcans.
design of hull to meet storm conditions.
selection of major equipment including propulsion, power generation, cranes, jacking system and pumps.
design of helideck, deck houses, major equipment foundations.
preparation of P&ID drawings.
preparation of electrical one-line diagrams
